Vermont EPSCoR (Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research) is a federal-state partnership which sucessfully increases the scientific and technological capabilities of our state. Congress established EPSCoR to ensure that all states and regions participate in and benefit from federally-funded research activities.
