TRIVIDIA MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS Exceptional North Country opportunity to join a dynamic team of dedicated professionals at our Lancaster, NH manufacturing facility. ACCOUNT MANAGER The ideal candidate will be a professional with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in account management, sales or customer service. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or other regulated quality systems a plus. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment. The Account Manager will assure customer satisfaction and company growth by overseeing dedicated accounts and providing the customer with superior service. Responsibilities include: Maintain regular contact with dedicated customers Field new customer inquiries Work closely with all departments including purchasing, regulatory, quality, production and logistics Facilitate the development and qualification of new products Develop customer quotes for annual margin reviews and new products Assist with marketing tasks; advertising, web-marketing, e-blasts, etc. Participate in tradeshows including preparation and follow up Must be willing to travel occasionally outside of regular work hours, including over-nights and weekends. Travel to include attending trade shows and customer visits. Strong background in Microsoft Office a must. Ability to understand product costing. Driver's license required.
