ACHS is an award-winning, non-profit, community health center offering truly integrated health care. ACHS provides primary preventive health care along with behavioral health, pharmacy, oral health and patient navigation services. We offer these services on a sliding-fee scale to those who financially qualify and we accept most insurances.
