Riverglen Independent e Assisted Living Community House COOK/BAKER- FULL-TIME LITTLETON, NEH Riverglen House is actively seeking a Cook/Baker to be part of our team. Job respon- sibilities include: Insuring that food is received, stored, prepared, and served in accordance with sanitation guidelines. Creating all food items in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders if required. Insuring that all food services areas are maintained in a clean, sanitary and properly arranged manner at all times Performing other duties as assigned, appropriate and within the scope of training and education including regular cleaning, occasional food service and busing tables Position Requirements 1 year experience as a cook & baker required; 2-3 years of experience preparing a variety of menu items preferred. Familiar with "cooking terminology", use of ingredients and ability to read recipes Familiar with portion control techniques and a variety of cooking methods Position requires some evenings and weekends.
