ST.JOHNSBURY SCHOOL DISTRICT is looking for a Part-time Maintenance Assistant and Building Security Monitor Summary of Responsibilities The Maintenance Monitor is responsible for performing routine maintenance on district buildings. Knowledge of mechanical systems to include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and heating. Identify and complete repairs to buildings and grounds and complete repairs as directed. Security r school hours as a door monitor to assist the public. Job Requirements Education, Training and Experience Requirements: . High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred, or a combinatíon of educátion and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired * Valid driver's license and clear background check iR with regulator compliance codes to include VOSHA, NFPA, ADA, Ability to use technology for digital control systems and communication .
