CLERK OF THE WORKS The St. Johnsbury Board of School Directors seeks to hire an in- dividual to serve as Clerk of the Works for upcoming $3 million bond project. Duties will include: Monitoring the schedule, coordinating and re- viewing testing procedures, samples and results, and working as a liaison between Contractor, Architect and Owner. Experience in all the above areas is required. The Board is interested in knowing the anticipated time commit- ment for this project, specifically the number of hours per week, and the number of days on-site. In addition, it should be noted that the Clerk of the Works will be required to attend weekly project meetings with the Owner, Architect and contractor. The Project is scheduled to begin in late June of 2020 and run for approximately four months.
