NOTICE: The Town of St. Johnsbury Rental Housing Improvement Grant Program (RHIGP) The Town of St. Johnsbury is accepting applications for grant funding for improvements to rental housing units in St. Johnsbury. The purpose of the program is to encourage landlords to invest in Universal Design modifications to rental housing property located in St. Johnsbury. The pro- gram will result in a more livable, marketable environment for everyone. The deadline for applications is March 1st, 2020. Projects must meet specific criteria.
